Caterham Oxted and Godstone Lions Club provides a much loved and valued service for the community.
A voluntary community service organisation formed in 1978 to support individuals and groups in the Tandridge area. The club spends most of its money on local projects, but does also donate to disaster funds. COGS Lions set up in 1981, the Tandridge Talking Newspaper.
The club owns a minibus which is available for use by the local community and is used by a variety of people and organisations in the Tandridge area. The club supports the local Foodbank and recently donated towards the Christmas hampers for those in need.
An Annual maths bursary is presented to Oxted School in memory of one of the club's late members who taught mathematics there. The club has also financially supported a number of residents who suffered loss in the Caterham floods.
We also regularly give Trauma Lions to the local ambulance station to calm young children who have to use their service.
We need your help so we can continue to offer and even expand our service!
Thank you for your support and good luck!
