Clifton Hill is a community special school in Caterham for young people aged 11 to 19 who have severe or multiple profound learning difficulties. We put each student at the centre of their learning to help them live successfully in the present and meet their potential for their future.
We value our strong relationships with the community in Caterham, who provide opportunities for work experience and leisure that are vital in preparing our young people for their life beyond school. OFSTED commented on our "excellent links with partner organisations which contribute significantly to students’ learning."
We rely upon donations and fundraising to provide additional resources and opportunities for our young people.
